The BUDI  PNB – UNIRAZAK Scholarship Programme is a prestigious award that offers opportunities for bright and high-achieving Asnaf or B40 category Malaysians to become a Chartered Accountant. Successful candidates will undergo a five-year Foundation + Bachelor + CPA Australia programme at UNIRAZAK


·         SPM with 6A or equivalent

·         STPM/Diploma with CGPA 3.0 or equivalent

·         Asnaf as defined by relevant religious authority or B40

Value of Sponsorship RM 150,000

Total programme fee, which includes registration, semester, tuition fees, plus living allowance for the entire duration of study.

Going beyond financial support, our ASEAN Scholarship programme provides exciting professional development and a mentor support system designed to empower the region’s young talent to turn their lives around and make a difference for those around them.


·         Aged 24 years and below

·         A citizen of either Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam or Philippines.

·         Monthly household income of not more than RM15,000 per month (for Malaysian applicants).

·         Already accepted or expecting acceptance to pursue their undergraduate studies starting in 2020 within any academic discipline at a reputable university. University students with a minimum of 2 more years of undergraduate study are also encouraged to apply.

·         In possession of an excellent academic track record and active in curricular activities.

·         Non-recipients of any other scholarship or grant, with a contractual obligation on the part of the applicant.

Shell Malaysia Scholarship Programme application opens annually from 1st March to 5th April 2020.

The offering is for candidates to be sponsored 2 tiers A-levels and undergraduates in prestigious colleges and universities locally and overseas. This is subject to the scholastic performance of the student.

We look to sponsor students intending to pursue higher education in the following fields of study:

·         Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum, Electrical & Electronics, Environmental, Sustainable

·         Sciences: Geology, Geosciences, Geomatics, Geophysics, Data Science

·         Commercial: Business & Management, Digital Marketing


·         Strong leadership skills and active participation in extracurricular activities such as societies and clubs, sports, etc.

·         Not presently holding other scholarships/loans

·         Consistently strong academic achievements as follows:

·         Minimum 8As (A/A+) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) OR

·         Excellent O-level grades at IGCSE (A*/A)

·         Prior to application, ensure you are eligible to work in the country where the scholarship program is offered.

·         Not exceeding 18 years of age at the enrolment date for the foundation studies

PIDM-Undergraduate Scholarship Programme


Application for PIDM Undergraduate Scholarship Program for intake 2020 is now open. The programme is intended to reach out to deserving Malaysians who are in need of financial aid to pursue their education.

You may submit your application prior to receiving your acceptance by one of the PIDM approved list of colleges and universities. However, any offer of scholarship will be conditional upon you meeting all necessary conditions and upon securing admission into one of the eligible programs at one of the approved colleges or universities.

Yayasan Cemerlang offers underprivileged youths with a scholarship award to pursue higher education at local universities in Malaysia. These awards will enable the selected candidates an opportunity to develop their full potential, fulfill their aspirations and contribute towards the nation’s development.

Biasiswa Tunku Abdul Rahman (BTAR)


Tuanku Abdul Rahman Foundation (YTAR) is a body established under Parliament Act No.43, 1966 on 8 July 1966. Its objective was described as:

“for the purpose of providing or awarding such number of studentships, scholarships, study grants or study loans or any other awards as the Board may from time to time determine to be provided or awarded to persons as hereinafter mentioned to enable such persons to pursue such course or courses of education as the Board may think proper”

– Act No 43, 1966 item 8(2)


Basic Requirements:

·         Malaysian Citizenship.

·         Age must not exceed 25 years old on date of application.

Academic & Co Curriculum requirements:

·         STPM / Matriculation / Foundation / Diploma holder with minimum CGPA 3.75 or CGPA 3.75 for student in 1 st year Degree.

·         Credit in B.M & B.I in SPM

·         Strong leadership quality and active in co curriculum (school level / university level)


·         Actual tuition fees charged by Univesity

·         Monthly allowance of RM 1,000

·         Books allowance RM 500 per semester

·         Other allowance – thesis, project paper/practical training

·         Flight ticket – applicable for Sabah & Sarawak students who studied in Semenanjung
