Powered by Bank Rakyat School of Business & Entrepreneurship, the University held an industry talk titled, “Leading A Meaningful and Memorable Career Journey” on 21 August 2019 with guest speaker, Partner and Business Advisory Services Leader in Audit and Assurance at Deloitte Malaysia, Mr. Izzad Shamsudin.

With over 10 years of experience in the public accounting practice and across a wide range of multinational and public-listed companies under his belt, Mr. Izzad imparted some practical words of wisdom drawn from his own journey to the top of the corporate and accounting chain, among them — the importance of purpose and EQ as professionals; sharing common sensibilities as accountants; as well as incorporating best practices according to industry’s current standards.
